Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified will not qualify for a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order or custom-made items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first before returning the product.
