1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable courier partners to deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main cities: 3–5 business days

  • Outlying/regional areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel size and weight

We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Inaccessible delivery locations

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.


7. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our premises by prior arrangement.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
